Objectives of TC 3.8 :

• Promote the development of refrigerant containment in refrigerating systems.
• Perform technical analysis of the best methods of leak-tightness controls.
• Analyse the new technologies of leak flow rate measurement.
• Recommend good practice of design, operation and maintenance aiming at the limitation of refrigerant emissions.
