The abstracts of papers presented at the Workshop will be published as a bound volume for distribution to all participants. Authors are requested to prepare their abstract according to a prescribed style, in electronic format and to submit them by Email. The deadline for submitting abstracts as well as for registration and Payment of fees is 20 February 2001.
Please prepare your abstract in accordance with the following style.Page and paragraph set-up: please adjust your word processor's setting for A4 paper, portrait orientation, with 2.5 cm margins all round. Adjust the line spacing to exactly 15 point (0.53 cm) for the whole document. The abstract must not exceed one page with these settings.
Title on the first line, 14 point Times Roman, centred, followed by a blank line.
List of authors: initials and last names, separated by commas. 12 point Times Roman, centred, presenting author's name underlined. Followed by a blank line.*
Address: 12 point italics, centred, followed by one blank line. Please include the Email address of the presenting author.
Abstract text: 12 point Times Roman, flush left, no indentation, single spacing, blank line between paragraphs. Literature citations as numerals within square brackets. You may include figures followed by one blank line.
References as a numbered list.
* Should the full list of authors include contributors from different organisations then please use superscript numerals to denote the different affiliations and include additional address lines as needed..
2. File format
Please prepare your abstract file using one of the following formats in descending order of preference:
- Any version of Microsoft Word.
- Rich Text Format (RTF).
Please do not use TEX, Postscript or any other page description language.
